I haven’t tried that yet, but in the past you’d only be able to create an end point via a Mac only.
I don’t see a problem with that subscription.
$5 a month, that’s half a lunch.
Sorry you feel that way
Sure, I totally agree about djay being top dog on iOS.
I’ve always thought that no one else has:
iOS phone
iOS iPad
Mac, all syncing together.
But I’m in Orlando Florida near a school that teaches coding. From what my customers (those students) say is coding is a bitch.
Let me tell. Djing since 1982…
These apps are something I’ve never would have imagined. My vinyl Dj set up has been looking beautiful like furniture for years now.
I wouldn’t change a thing.
Be easy on these guys…they’re killing it.
Your right, not perfect. But look at how far this app has come from djay 1-this new one.
Sorry, not kissing ass just reflecting on how many features I have vs the 80s.
Maybe you’re from another era that is used to these features, I guess that’s your reason.
But really, I can mix with gear on Mac, or mix with all my fingers in my IPad and even have my phone record on automix while driving to work.
That’s insane to me.
Definitely could understand why some aren’t so happy.
But I’ll tell you what , I’m not working for free.
Mister Turr,
Yes, you can’t buy them anymore,
im 50, my old ass can’t find a VCR, my car didn’t come with a cassette player, I guess one has to stand back and look at the whole picture to see the whole picture.
Only the djay Mac not iOS. Why? Not sure
Phone or iPad?
Here’s a screenshot
Hey Andre,
I can help you get a quicker response. Seperate your issues on different or new feed.
#2 and 3 have already been responded to, not solved, but responded. Actually, those very questions were already asked by me.
I agree with #4 too. Get that on a new post. If they don’t answer. Respond to your own feed to keep it new and on top. They’ll respond, trust me.
I don’t use Spotify, can’t help you there.
This post is too vague. Delete this post or block new post on this feed please
No problem. The whole point of this community is to help them perfect these Apps. Together we can do this.
Thank you!!!
i am very sad about the move to subscription only! there are other ways to go and i would prefer very much a one time fee for every .0 update. but this is the end of djay for ios for me. hope that the macos version will not go down the same road. very sad i am - indeed.

@DJ Stratoferris good news about a better traktor app! i also switched from photoshop to affinity for the same reason. i hope they will rethink their move!
the thing with subscriptions is they add up. before you know it you have 50-100 bucks of tiny subscriptions running. most companies nowadays prefer a subscription plan because they get regular money. which is a good thing for them but for me another chain to the system.
i can copy that! what about some useful features for everybody? stability (which used to be the best feature) or eg a decent sound enhancer. the previous system was much better where you could just buy the extras i you wanted them.
what on earth did they think? dj pro was fanstastic. everything was self explanatory. but this is just terrible. also unusable because of the ubiquitous “pro” nagging where every you tap.
