No sound anymore

Hello,

I have switched from my Samsung Note 8 to Galaxy 21s and suddenly there is no sound anymore on my reloop algoriddim.

The lights are all working, so the music arrives at the mixer but I cannot hear anything through the headphones or sound system.

Does anyone knows what to do?

Could you please tell us what Android version you are running on your new device?

Also, what Reloop controller do you have?

Do you have MIDI control over djay?

Have you tried selecting the Reloop controller as the master audio device on the djay settings?
