The Mixtour is connected and recognized by the Samsung. Sound is going out neither from headphones or main mix.
Load knob works fine, but then I have to upload from the screen because
Track Select, Back knobs or not working on the smartphone.
Crossfader button is recognized and moving on the screen
Play, Cue, Sync, Loop work as well
I have re installed Djay 2, restarted smartphone as well.
Android version 5,1,1
Version kernell 3,10,65-9236909
I bought Mixtour last year but didn’t use it when I realised it couldn’t play downloaded Spotify files. I tried it again and ike others I get the VU meters to move, but zero sound (or very faint music and erratic buzzing).
I’m running the Android app on a Chromebook which worked before.
thank you for your mail.
We are sorry to hear that, so you say there is no sound at all?
Have you checked if your device is processing the sound through its headphone jack?
I see, that is what I expected. Upgrading to a higher Android version can solve the problem as long as this is possible.
Could you check if you can update the operating system?
I am sorry but if you can not upgrade to a higher version your sound card driver will not receive the necessary update to be able to send out the sound to connected external sound cards.Â
Not every Android device is able to do so
No sound coming from output neither headphone although the metering is showing on the level meter.
The PFL/master switch has no effects on the level meter.
Shall I plug it on a pc/mac to install fireware/update the system ?
Or just sent it back to Thomann and get a new one?
Hello,
I bought a Mixtour Relop that is apprently not compatible with my android Samsung. Can you please tell me from which version it is compatible? Thanks
the controler is recognised and I can upload songs, but as I said in previous chat, not everything is wotking properly and the sound is going out off the android, not the controller. Apparently not every Android device is compatible, but now I am with a Mix Tour I can’t use and I was wondering if you could advice me an Android that is compatible with the Mix Tour.

I’m using an Nvidia Shield Tablet Android 7 running DJay2 App I connect the Reloop MIXTOUR via supplied usb all buttons work ok but I have no sound on headphones…? Please help…!!!
I have the same issue… found that I had to switch sound output on my phone’s settings to midi controller instead of headphone jack… also make sure volume is up on phone… but now that I have main sound out I am not getting split sound through headphone jack on mixtour…
I am using the USB interface dongle that goes into my phone’s USB-C connector… I ordered a USB-B to USB-C cable that doesn’t use any adapters… I will update soon…
