Thatās a very interesting idea but we can confirm that this is not the case thankfully!
The issue still lies with SoundCloud and we are awaiting further instruction from their developers as to when this track issue will be fixed for 3rd party apps including djay.
Iāve just cancelled my SoundCloud account. Pointless paying for something Iām not using. Iāve just migrated to another platform now.

Has anyone got any alternative apps I can switch too considering Iāve bought SoundCloud pro and djay for no reason, and any news on how anyone plans to compensate this, call of duty f***ed up and extended their double xp so Iām hopeful that someone has an actual plan

songs that require soundcloud go+ are greyed out in playlists and unsearchable. when i click on them it gives the error message āthe track cannot be played because it is unavailable.ā I have soundcloud next pro and the songs play just fine on soundcloud, Iāve even played them before on djay which is why i noticed the issue because in my history where Iāve played them before they show up as greyed out and unplayable.
Iām not sure why they are unplayable because I can log into my soundcloud account just fine and I have the required membership, Iāve even played these songs before using djay hence them being in my history and now I canāt.
I also noticed that sometimes the bpm will change without warning and without me controlling it so thatās another issue
Restarting my chromebook doesnt help

logging out and back into my djay and soundcloud accounts doesnāt help
Iāve checked my subscriptions and they are both paid for and up to date

So basically since the update and issue with SoundCloudā¦ ALL THE + songs are no longer available but all other tracks are why is this??
How to reproduce the issue:
Not sure if this is applicable to Soundcloud as well but with Spotify,
Some tracks are greyed out because they canāt be played in certain regions,
Obviously this is not for Spotify being used with Djay Pro but Spotify in general

It is not related but thanks.
Itās all SoundCloud go+ songs (the official songs). You used to be able to mix with them but since SoundCloud went down with error 404. We can no longer load or mix with the SoundCloud+ songs.

Our teams are still awaiting further feedback from SC as to when this issue will be fixed and we have been reaching out to them daily with updates from all of you to expedite the process on their side.

@Chrlie_Syx Iāve switched over to BeatSource and have started to re-create my playlist in there. Having no problem using that with DJay app. Iāve cancelled my subscription to SC Go+ as this has been to long of an issue. Hope that helps!

Hi @joccili, weāve been told that SoundCloud is still working on the issue. They have not shared a timeline. We continue to reach out to them daily for updates and will share any news that we get here. Thanks for continuing to push this issue.

Finally had an email back from Soundcloud regarding this issue. Iāve been advised to log in and out of the apps several times. Ive done this for both apps but unfortunately to no avail. Iāve sent a reply that itās still not fixed.
