Slak_Jaw - Can you let us know who exactly you are talking to from SoundCloud to get this update? Is this from SoundCloud support? This is the latest e-mail I got from a confirmed SoundCloud support rep.
If this were an issue that SoundClodu is working on, it seems like they have no clue and at this point it seems like Algoriddim is pointing the finger at SoundCloud and SoundCloud back at Algoriddim.
To any DJ’s reading - Now may be the time to start looking at other options. There are too many mixed messages and it doesn’t look like a resolution is coming.

We unfortunately cannot offer support for any third party apps as we don’t have the necessary knowledge of its usability nor control over its code so as to offer a fast and accurate enough support.
Therefore we suggest you directly contact the support service of Algoriddim and let them know of any issues and error messages that you are getting.
OK, it’s been about a month and the same issue. This is absurd. We are being told the same thing day after day. SoundCloud is saying the same thing it is about time we are refunded and given a new app or at least updated and this is fixed. This is outrageous.
hello, I’m still having an issue with SoundCloud is graying out most of these songs. Is there a validated answer or response we can get to this, or should we find another mixing/DJing plat?
Are they greyed out because they might be region protected like certain Spotify songs or were you able to play them in the past but are no longer able to play them now?

We still do not have a concrete update from SoundCloud regarding why their service is having issues running on third-party apps while running fine on their own first-party one.
However, we are still reviewing this thread and all the information the community is sharing so that we can also send it to our contacts in the SoundCloud engineering team for further review.
I make a living as a dj and have not been able to access my entire sets because of this glitch. its already cost me money and time.
I know a lot of other Djs are suffering from this. Can we at least get a timeline for when it will be fixed? Please let me know if its ever going to be fixed so I can decide if I need to move to a different software.

SoundCloud has not shared a timeline with us as to when they will be fixing this issue but we know their teams are working on this.
Our teams are doing everything in their power to collaborate with SoundClouds teams to get this issue resolved just as other 3rd party DJ softwares are working with SoundCloud as well on this same issue.
We will continue to share updates in this thread so please keep an eye out.
at this point im starting to think that liscencing agreements among different artists are whats causing the greyed out tracks…like maybe with the djay and soundlcoud updates the rules have changed and some GO+ songs (likely the more popular songs from the more popular artists who have tighter streaming agreements) are just not available anymore for streaming thru djay pro. i dont think its a software bug, i think we just dont have permission to use those tracks anymore. im curious if tracks from tidal would work or not.
OK, so let’s all migrate to different platform so that they understand that they messed up and having us pay for a subscription continuously even though they know the issue will never be fixed
