Soundcloud tracks and playlists not loading

Songs still greyed out. Am using alternative library at the moment but hope that Soundcloud will get fixed ASAP

thanks the methods worked but I had to iOS go an extra step further to logout if SoundCloud as it is buried under the sprocket icon and then in Library then scroll down and the button for logout is there.

Not sure maybe itā€™s obvious for most or maybe itā€™s not

But I was able to do this and update the SoundCloud software today

But as I say it works fine for certain music

But there are other greyed out music

Why is this happening now?

Is it a international legal issue per track

Or is this a bug to be resolved quickly by SoundCloud?

Good evening, I have exactly the same questions, I find it really strangeā€¦

Because as explained above in the classic application, SoundCloud Apple, I have access to all my Tracks.

However, once connected to SoundCloud, on the djay Pro software Many tracks are GREY, And therefore not availableā€¦

All this is really weirdā€¦!?..!?:thinking::man_shrugging:t3:

Same issue for me. The weird part is that it works on my macbook, but not on my iPhone or iPad!

I personally tried on Windows too and itā€™s the same thingā€¦

Many Tracks are GREY unavailableā€¦

Please can we get the greyed out tracks issued sorted soon :cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry:

I had a little look myself, and this is whatā€™s caught my eye.
The tracks that are greyed out are ones with the go logo on the thumbnail.
Call me stupid, but could this be something to with that?

It does seem like it is all the GO+ tracks missing on the ios djay app. But in the android dj app, it seems to all appear just fine. Is there some copyright issues being implemented? Or is it really just a bug? I would like to know asap so i can cancel my soundcloud go+ before my next billing cycle maybe try tidal instead for the djay software.

Having the same issue. A support ticket to Algoriddim has been submitted. One thing Iā€™ll say is that it seems like only SoundCloud Go+ tracks on the ones grayed out.

I know the messaging has been that itā€™s a SoundCloud issue but SC has all their services as ā€œOperationalā€ on the Status page.

If anyone from Algoriddim is reading this, a lot of DJs are frustrated and more information then the sign out and sign in would be appreciated. That does not seem to be working for everyone.

Thanks for the additional feedback everyone regarding Go+ and iOS. Iā€™ve passed this to our engineering team to see if we have any further updates from SoundCloud regarding this. In the meantime, have any of you reached out to SC support directly and had any feedback from them? Thanks!

Hi, this hasnā€™t worked for meā€¦ I am using an older iPad which can only handle an older version of the Djay appā€¦ but surely it should still workā€¦ itā€™s fne with Music tracksā€¦ please, any help much appreciated.

Iā€™ve sent a couple msgs to soundcloud support, any updates on what they have to say Iā€™ll stick em right here. Apart from that, no biggie.
If itā€™s to do with license bullshit then it looks like weā€™re gonna be playing youtube rips once again, back to the drawing board huh fellas :rofl:

Hello everyone, I had a little hope today when I saw a SoundCloud update this morning.

Update made just now, I tried directly on djay Pro to see if the GREY track bug was solved And to my surprise, unfortunately, still the same problem!? :triumph::hot_face::face_with_symbols_over_mouth:

Iā€™m starting to think about unsubscribing from SoundCloud and djay Pro as well!?

Itā€™s not normal to pay two subscriptions to have a restricted service, Who doesnā€™t work properlyā€¦!?

Hello again everyone. I just spoke with our engineering team, and unfortunately, SoundCloud is still working on the ā€œgreyed out songsā€ issue. Iā€™ll report back here as soon as I have more information from SoundCloud. Thanks for your continued understanding and support.
