It’s pretty painful stuff. I can’t get Soundcloud to stream to DJPro on my Ipad and still have greyed out tracks… lots of them when mixing on MacBook… does anyone have any advice that would be slightly more helpful than the “sorry, wait, hope” that’s coming across at the moment…??
Hi @cliffordjmoss, are you using djay 5.2.4 on your iPad and have you followed the procedure below to log out and back into SoundCloud within djay?
Has anyone got updated information directly from SoundCloud support? If so, can you post it?
I’ve contacted SoundCloud support myself and beyond a general statement, I’m waiting to see if they’re still having issues with 3rd party DJ apps. It does seem like the issue is on the SoundCloud side.
Also, let’s stop posting that the fix is logging out of SoundCloud and logging back in. Not only does that not work, but people who have said it has work for them, have not shown proof of this.

The problems persist, it’s a very strange the 2 very songs that show greyed out, just few days ago were available.

@Paul_Laygo and @djchill, the Request failed: not found 404 error is a SoundCloud issue with loading playlists, not playback. In our testing, usually the playlists load fine after pressing Try Again.
