Soundcloud tracks and playlists not loading

Hello again everyone, I just wanted to let you know that we heard back from SoundCloud today and were told that they are actively working on all of the issues. I wish I had more details to share, but this is all I have at the moment. Thanks!

No my Ipad does not support the latest version of DJ Pro 
 but it’s worked until last week!!?

Yes, Soundcloud are looking into the issue apparently, The Algoriddim support team are on the case and will report back with any further developments ASAP.

also, it’s been two weeks or 2 1/2 weeks since this has been fixed, which is a very long time assuming that SoundCloud has a well established engineering team. This is frustrating, especially since I’ve had to miss two gigs due to these technological issues.

For me this looks like Soundcloud doesn’t have well established enineering team. They have changed something, and they don’t know how to reverse those changes back to the previous working state.

if this issue is not fixed by next week, Tuesday or Wednesday, I think that is a prolonged and major issue that shouldn’t take that long given if it is a simple bug fixed due to an update or change in RSS Feed. And that case we should be refunded a full month subscription and sent $200 in the mail as retribution.

further, we all need to march on the SoundCloud headquarters. We are not standing for this!

To DJ Mobs. Theres other ways to get ur tracks or videos back. Or something similar. Just download it from youtube. Easy to do if you have android device. Just download your whole dj collection of tracks thats missing on soundcloud from there. Did i already mention you can get music videos free too.

hey yo! Can we get this fixed or not? It’s been three weeks weeks and I’ve been DJing stressed out. A lot of my bangers and smooth transitions are still grayed out and I like to be smooth like butter now I’m hard as a rock. When is it going to be fixed? Please update this is getting real scary and I know it’s Halloween but this is not the right type of spook

An update, SoundCloud was made today.

Version 7.60.0

I had a little hope by installing this update, but unfortunately bad surprise the bug is still present with the GREY Tracks!? :scream::hot_face::face_with_symbols_over_mouth:

All,

I heard back from SoundCloud support today and they offered a very generic answer. I think our energy would be best used with everyone submitting support tickets to SoundCloud.

I explained to them that many DJs are having the issue and this is not just a one off problem.

Another step may be to let SoundCloud support know that you will cancel your paid subscription as the issue is impacting you. That’s why I plan to do and try another service like BeatPort. This issue is too important and has gone on too long for the issue not to be resolved.

No email no response

Tried to follow up, still nothing. This is becoming ridiculous.
