Wego3 without sound on the pfl

My setup is:
Samsung Tab pro, Android 6.01
Djay 2 version v2.2.4
Pioneer Wego3 with latest firmware

When I conect the Wego, the DJay2 app reconice the Wego 3 but:
No sound at the pfl
The sound get louder when I push the pfl button
Not al the knobs are working.

Can someone help me with this?

Can you tell us how you are connecting your headphones with the Wego3?
