As a user, it’s essential to grasp the significance of your vote and how it influences our development roadmap. When you vote for a specific hardware implementation:
-
Your vote signals your interest and support for the proposed hardware/controller.
-
We consider the cumulative votes alongside other factors such as feasibility, resource availability, and alignment with our product vision.
-
While high-voted features are more likely to be prioritized, they are not automatically implemented.
-
We value every user’s input, regardless of the number of votes a feature receives.
Remember, your vote is a powerful tool in shaping the future of our platform. Thank you for your participation and understanding in our collaborative journey towards improvement!

How and where can I vote for what? I don’t see a list or something.
@janwillem there is a large blue Vote button at the top
Left of most discussion topic pages.
Hello everyone, I just wanted to post an update that the voting limits were adjusted as follows back in 2024. Thanks!
Trust Level 0 - New | 2 votes
Trust Level 1 - Basic | 30 votes
Trust Level 2 - Member | 30 votes
Trust Level 3 - Regular | 30 votes
Trust Level 4 - Leader | 30 votes
Please see the linked topic below for more details on how the Discourse Trust Levels work:
Hi everyone, I’m happy to report that we have revised the Discourse voting system further. The new numbers are as follows:
- Trust Level 0 - New | 2 votes
- Trust Level 1 - Basic | 30 votes
- Trust Level 2 - Member | 100 votes
- Trust Level 3 - Regular | 300 votes
- Trust Level 4 - Leader | 300 votes
In addition, the system will now let you know how many votes you have remaining when your level drops below 100 votes.
